Greetings EVE players,
GÇ£Spreading the LoveGÇ¥ has always been my motto. Though there's not a lot of love lost between CCP and myself, I did and do appreciate EVE's unique community.
Since EACS recently celebrated its 3,5th birthday and I have a big pile of idle ISK, I will spread a little more love.
In the past 42 months EACS has become an Institution, serving hundreds of capsuleers every week. Recently, CCP Diagoras tweeted stats showing that EACS is the #1 player corporation in terms of the number of capsuleers that have been in it, ahead of EVE University, ahead of GoonFleet and GoonWaffe, ahead of RvB.
This of course wouldn't have been possible without Alacta Lithia, who has owned the service since October 2010. But neither would it have been possible without all the users; that is why I am now giving away one year's worth of GÇ£Pilot's License ExtensionGÇ¥ to a lucky EACS user. Evidently free jumpclones are useless without a pilot's license!

12 PLEX, for you to use as you please.
-- Who Can Enter? --
Anyone who has been a member of Estel Arador Corp Services [EACS] between December 3rd, 2008 and June 2nd, 2012 (inclusive) is eligible to enter.
NOTE: It is no use to join EACS now just to enter here. Anyone who first joined EACS after June 2nd is not eligible.
-- How To Enter --
It is free to enter!
All you have to do is post in this thread with the date you were in EACS. If you have been in EACS multiple times, please list the most recent date. (You can only enter once per character.) It's easiest if you copy the line from your employment history. For example, if I were to enter (which I'm not), I'd post:
GÇ£Estel Arador Corp Services [EACS] from 2010.07.29 10:57 to 2010.08.08 17:37GÇ¥
Numbers are assigned in order of posting. Your entry and number will be confirmed in this thread once I have checked your employment history.
-- The Draw --
I have made a Chribba dice, which will draw a number between 1 and 25000. Since there have been about that number of EACS users, this will cover even the implausible scenario where every past member joins the contest.
The lucky EACS user will be determined by the following LibreOffice Calc function: GÇ£=MOD([dice roll];[# of entries)+1GÇ¥. For example, if there are 145 entries and the dice roll is 8158, the lucky one will be #39, as determined by GÇ£=MOD(8158;145)+1GÇ¥

To give as many people as possible a chance to enter, entries will accepted until 23:59 on Friday July 20th, 2012. The lucky number will be announced within 48 hours after that.
-- Boring Details --
The Prize will be transferred by three-day personal contract in Jita 4-4. If the contract is not claimed in time, someone else will be selected. (I'll see how when we get there GÇô who's gonna be crazy enough not to accept a 12 PLEX contract?)

What a response so far! And that in just a say, awesome!
Remember, this thing runs for a whole month, so you will have to be patient. If you're in by now, you do have advantage: the visibility of this thread has been greatly reduced as it has been buried in a forum section I didn't even know existed (and neither does anyone else, judging by the activity).
I hate to sound like a bittervet (actually I don't), but back when I was a forum warrior moderators would have the decency to let you know when and why a thread was moved.
